In the morning, we'll head towards the desert, passing through the Manaure salt flats, where we'll learn about the salt production process. Then we'll arrive at Cabo de la Vela, a place of reverence for the Wayuu people, called "Jepira," where the souls of their ancestors are believed to rest. After lunch, we'll explore the most iconic landmarks: the Sugarloaf Mountain, Rainbow Beach, the Ojo de Agua (spring), and the Lighthouse, where we'll watch the sunset. Dinner will be on the beach tonight, followed by time to relax.

In the morning, we'll depart for Macuira National Natural Park, passing by vast salt lakes, salt flats, and cactus forests. We'll cross the desert to reach one of the bays overlooking the upper Guajira region, where we'll have lunch. Afterward, we'll continue along the desert road until we reach Nazaret, the village that will give us access to the oasis. We'll rest and await the adventure of the following day.

In the morning, we'll hike through the secrets and mysteries of Macuira, reaching the Allewolu Dunes, passing by the Worunka Stone (Daughter of the Gods) and the Koushotpa viewpoint. Then we'll head towards Punta Gallinas. Our first destination will be the Taroa Dunes, sand mountains that gently slope down to the Caribbean Sea. We'll watch the sunset from the northernmost point of the continent, the Punta Gallinas lighthouse.

Haremos un recorrido en lancha por las bahías salvajes de Punta Gallinas, veremos infinidad de aves y vida marina. Regresamos a tierra con rumbo a Riohacha. Llegaremosa a Mayapo, probando allí delicias locales en una de las playas más lindas de La Guajira. Así terminará una experiencia mágica en la alta Guajira con SUMAJ TOURS.
